Report packages and management reporting

Assembling the standard statement set for a lender or a board, and what the management dashboard and tax summary are each for.

How-toFor Firm staff, Bookkeepers, Business owners

The standard package

The report package produces Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow together for one period and scope. It is what most lenders and boards expect, and producing it as one document avoids the classic error of sending four statements run at four different moments.

Common questions

How do I send a package to a client every month?

Publish it to the client portal, where they always see the current version, and save a PDF copy for your own records at the same time.

Can a package cover multiple entities?

Yes — run it in Consolidated scope, or use the Consolidation report if eliminations matter, which they do for anything external.
